• Check-in & Check-out: the rooms and apartments are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9.30 am on the day of departure.

Cancellation
Unforeseen events can sometimes occur, which oblige you to cancel your holiday or leave early. Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. We do, however, offer the following conditions for cancellation:

• Up to 3 months before arrival: free (we keep the deposit for a future stay)
• Between 3 months and 1 month: -70% of the total amount
• Between 1 month and the date of arrival: - 90% of the total amount
• Early departure: - 100% of the total amount

To avoid unwanted costs, we advise you to take out travel insurance that covers cancellation.
